Important: to make the locks work correctly, we have installed areceiver in the living room and in the Adriaen bedroom. You are not allowed to pull out the USB plug!
We trust that you will enter the house with care and respect, like a good housefather or house mother. Nevertheless, we would like to draw your attention to some house rules so that everything runs smoothly.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the early termination of your stay, with no refund of rental fees already paid and possible revocation of the rental deposit.

It is only allowed to use the appliances in the house. Use of deep fryer, gourmet, raclette, stone grill, tepanyaki,... are not allowed in the flat. However, you can use them outside provided you protect the table.

The holiday home is also our home, therefore there are some rooms/places that we ask you not to enter or open.
These are: the closet in the storage room with lock and sign "private" on the door and the attic room (via bedroom Adriaen).
We also ask you NOT to pull out any plugs. There is a white locker in the Adriaen bedroom and in the living room, this gives access to the digital door system, pulling it out may prevent you from gaining access.

At the entrance to the house, we have installed a camera to protect our but also your property. This is aimed at the entrance and the storage room outside. When there is movement in the dark here, lights automatically come on and the camera tracks your movement. The images can only be requested by the police in case of a crime and will not be used for other purposes.

Your pet can come along for free, but is not allowed to stay unattended in the house/garden.
We ask you to remove the large- and small-sized groceries and vacuum so that no "glitter" from your pet is left behind. This way, you may avoid extra cleaning costs.
